Philly is a gorgeous and sweet tabby that was put out on the street with her SEVEN kittens because her owners moved. She is a great momma and her babies are all super healthy - even after a few stressful days on the streets! Luckily she had an amazing neighbor who reached out and got the family some help and that landed them with us!
